The fine print, in plain English: A referral counts when the business you sent us isn't already a customer (and wasn't already talking to us). Customer rewards land as account credit. Partner payouts run monthly for 12 months and stop if they cancel — you keep everything earned up to then. We'll need a W-9 once you cross $600 a year, because the IRS has no sense of humor.
